Alcohol and Drug Prevention:IPS provides community-based, population-focused, environmental prevention services related to alcohol, tobacco and other drugs (ATOD) in three counties and more than a dozen cities across Southern California. This involves research and assessment, building community knowledge and advocacy skills, media advocacy, policy development and working with enforcement agencies. Nutrition Education and Obesity Prevention Services and Other:IPS provides nutritional and physical activity education through the use of approved, evidence-based curricula on an individual, institutional, and environmental level.
