The organization's core program is to lessen the burden of government by assisting in the development of affordable housing in North Bay. The organization works in partnership with government agencies and private groups to educate the public on the benefits and options related to affordable housing programs, and provides administrative and management services for new and existing affordable housing projects.The organization has adopted the DBA HOUSING LAND TRUST OF THE NORTH BAY.
