SantaFe Health Endowment, Inc. (the Corporation) is a Type I supporting organization described in Section 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the Code), with respect to (i) SantaFe Health Foundation, Inc. (SFHF), and (ii) a class of publicly supported organizations that are identified by SFHF as closely related to and operating in furtherance of SFHF's exempt purposes the Purposes), so long as each such organization is described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Code and either Section 509(a)(1) or Section 509(a)(2) of the Code (collectively with SFHF, the Supported Organizations).
