General Mission-Related Initiatives
The Foundation is organized and at all times shall be operated exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of the Sponsors, the Hospital Corporate Member, and any other Subsidiary Organizations which qualifies for exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) and which is described in Sections 509(a)(1) and 509(a)(2) of the Code. As part of the Ascension Catholic health ministry, the filing organization served in support of Ascension's commitment to both care for patients and communities and support caregivers and other associates through the challenges of the COVID-19 global pandemic in FY22.
