IN ADDITION, THE CORPORATION HAS ENTERED INTO A PROJECT RENTAL ASSISTANCE CONTRACT WITH HUD. THE PRAC CONTRACT IS A RENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES OR PERSONS AS PROVIDED BY SECTION 8 PROGRAM OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT.
