    Membership Services The Builders' Association of South Florida has become the premier association representing the homebuilding industry in South Florida providing a platform for single family, multifamily, and high rise residential builders and developers and those that support them for communications, knowledge transfer, education and showcasing their products. Dues fund in excess of 90% of the organization's expenses & activities. The revenues above are the dues paid by our members.

    Conversations with National Leaders During the Pandemic the organization was unable to hold its normal monthly meetings and major events. To combat the impact of the Pandemic shutdown, BASF developed the Conversations with National Leaders program utilizing ZOOM technologies to keep our membership engaged in the issues pertinent to our industry. The first of these was presented on 10/26/2020, with HUD Secretary, Ben Carlson, and other national, state, and local leaders. Revenues were from sponsoring members.
