Program 1 [2020]
Bridge Building Project was developed to bring peace, encouragement and goodwill between tribes. Leadership trainings were held for 100 leaders; over 4,000 people were educated on the dangers of COVID-19 and supplied with PPE. Additionally, through YouTube trainings, approximately 8,000 people gained knowledge of native languages, songs, drum circles and protocols. Mandate 25 Project was organized to serve Native Americans in need. Back to Our Roots Program includes multiple smaller programs, all oriented around Native heritages. Foraging and mentorship classes educated 12 leaders. Traditional Native American drum songs and protocols and drum circles and traditional songs were demonstrated through shared videos with over 5,000 people. The Arawak language resotration project served approximately 600 people.
