  • Program 1 [2025]

    In partnership with WPI and RPI, through a NSF grant, SWAP deployed a live, co-designed resource-exchange platform across two Maryland cohorts, engaged 9 active nonprofits, executed 5 documented 2025 episodes producing 38 offers and 14 completed exchanges, and delivered about 10 demos plus an in-person "SWAPMeet" pilot, while continuing to improve platform usability and expand to faster exchange formats. SWAP increases capacity by allowing nonprofits to share resources through collaborative exchanges. SWAP was presented at INFORMS 2025 annual meeting in the Doing Good with Good OR competition and one speaker-invited only session for which SWAP received second place. Engaged new SWAP Ambassador to support a new cohort creation in Baltimore area in 2026.
