Community Organizing: JCUA works on a grassroots level as an ally and partner in coalition with communities directly affected by poverty and racism. Community Investment: JCUA's Community Ventures Program provides zero-interest predevelop loans for projects focused on affordable housing and job creation. Individuals and financial institutions participate in JCUA's revolving loan fund with loans and grants targeted primarily to nonprofit developers.
