Transitional Housing for Youth
Transitional Housing Program - Provides safe and stable apartments for 18 to 24 months to youth ages 18-24 who are experiencing homelessness with the goal of graduating into permanent housing. Also focuses on education, employment and other life skills to help youth move toward independence. Counseling - 360's Counseling Department provides 24 hours, 7 days a week, crisis counseling services for youth ages 11-17 years under a contract with Comprehensive Community-Based Youth Services (CCBYS). This is done in conjunction with ten local police departments.
