In the post pandemic era job expectations were changing. The Seniors Job Bank continued to connect those seniors looking for work and those looking for workers. There were 515 job obortunities and 120 job seekers who applied for these jobs, some for multiple ones over the course of the year, As a result, the organization was working on upgrading information technology that included successful fund raising for work related projects while transitioning to new leadership and reviewing strategic objectives.
