Applications submitted should include a statement describing the applicant and its activities, the particular purpose of the grant requested, the amount of the grant being requested and a copy of the letter issued to the applicant by the Internal Revenue Service determining that the applicant is exempt from income tax pursuant to the provisions of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (The Code).

The Foundation does not award any grants to individuals, but limits its grants to organizations described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Code, and in general to organizations which are classified as non-private foundations.
