AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO PROJECTS WITHIN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS. PROJECTS SUBMITTED FOR CONSIDERATION SHOULD BE LIMITED TO A BUDGET SIZE OF $5,000 OR LESS.
