THE FUND IS MAINTAINED BY EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS OF 31 CENTS PER HOUR FOR HOURS WORKED BY EMPLOYEES COVERED BY COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN BOILERMAKERS LOCAL 363 AND SIGNATORY EMPLOYERS.
