MICHAELS PLACE SERVED OVER 2,000 INDIVIDUALS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR IN ONGOING PROGRAMS DESPITE THE LINGERING LIMITATIONS BROUGHT ON BY COVID. UNTIL CLIENTS AND STAFF COULD RETURN TO THE PROGRAM OFFICES FOR SUPPORTIVE SERVICES, VARIOUS FORMS OF TECHNOLOGY WERE USED INCLUDING ZOOM GROUP SUPPORT AND INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS. MANY NEW VOLUNTEERS WERE TRAINED TO PROVIDE SERVICES FOR BUSINESS AND EDUCATION.
