Support Services for Human Trafficking Survivors
During the reporting year our organization provided comprehensive year-round support to 25 vulnerable individuals identified as human trafficking survivors delivering 365+ days of confidential safe housing to ensure stability and security. These survivors received over 5,000 hours of trauma-informed therapy addressing the complex emotional mental and physical effects of their experiences while restoring dignity and self-confidence. In addition we facilitated 1,000 hours of community development support and outreach connecting participants to vital resources fostering civic engagement and building community connections that reduce isolation. Our team also delivered 2,500 hours of life skills training workforce readiness preparation and post-secondary education support equipping survivors with the tools necessary for self-sufficiency and long-term success. Through our Community Housing Program we housed 15 young adults with lived experiences providing a safe and supportive environment that encourages healing personal growth and educational advancement. These programs collectively promote independence economic stability and reintegration while reducing the risk of re-victimization. Our measurable impact reflects a commitment to breaking cycles of exploitation and poverty.
