    Enforcement of environmental laws: Development and implementation of strategies to enforce state and local laws concerning cannabis cultivation to avoid or reduce significant impacts and incompatibilities to existing land uses and abate nuisances. Litigation: 1) Challenging adequacy of environmental review and issuance of Land Use Permits for cannabis cultivation projects located nearby urban areas and incompatible farms; and 2) raising nuisance claims in class action for odors from a commercial cannabis cultivation facility, leading to development and testing of advanced odor control technologies that are intended to permanently abate the nuisance.
