    GSMA IP LLC had no program service activities in 2022. Commencing in 2023, GSMA IP LLC will be engaged in (i) licensing certain intellectual property rights from GSM Association, the trade association for mobile network operators and its parent organization; and (ii) licensing certain intellectual property rights to its affiliates, GSMA Ltd. and GSMA Services LLC, each of which has received a determination letter confirming its status as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Program 1 [2024]

    GSMA Ventures LLC will be the owner of and will manage all GSMA Ltd.'s existing intellectual property assets, as well as any newly generated intellectual property assets created by GSMA Services LLC and GSMA LTD. GSMA Ventures LLC will also manage those intellectual property assets of the GSM Association that are relevant to GSMA Services LLC and GSMA LTD, including the GSMA brand.
