IN 2018 WE SUCCESSFULLY PROMOTED THE SHAWANO COUNTRY AREA TO TOURISTS BY ADVERTISING AT CONVENTIONS, HOTELS, RESTAURANTS, ETC. WE ALSO PROMOTED THE SHAWANO COUNTRY AREA TO BUSINESSES & PROFESSIONALS THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS, SCHOOLS AND BUSINESSES. WE PROMOTED LOCAL ECONOMIC GROWTH THROUGH OUR CHAMBER BUCKS PROGRAM WHERE RECIPIENTS SPEND THEIR CHAMBER BUCKS AT LOCAL RETAILERS.
