MCFI's Commercial & Employment programs support people with barriers to work - including disabilities, literacy gaps, and past criminal convictions - through skill development and education, placement, and coaching. Participants in the program learn self-management skills and receive on-the-job experience in the food service, custodial, and assembling and packaging industries. MCFI's Children's Services offer early intervention and education programs to help children with developmental challenges overcome the odds and reach their highest potential. Services include Birth to Three in home education and specialized therapies for infants and toddlers at risk of developmental delays.
