IT IS THE MISSION OF DOWN SYNDROME ASSOCIATION OF MINNESOTA TO EMPOWER INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES, TO CREATE COMMUNITY AND CELEBRATE THE ABILITIES OF PEOPLE WITH DOWN SYNDROME OUR V ISION IS FOR ALL PEOPLE WITH DOWN SYNDROME TO ACHIEVE THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL IN AN ACCEPTING AND INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY.
