The Upper Midwest CMAA Chapter conducts an annual golf tournament with all proceeds from the silent auction being donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities-Upper Midwest. The chapter also conducts a toy collection drive in conjunction with the local Toys for Tots campaign.

Support for Hospitality Management Education
The Upper Midwest CMAA Chapter provides funding for the UW Stouts School of Hospitality Leadership College of Education Club Management class in the fall semester. The Club Management class curriculum provides a combination of guest speakers, in person and virtually, and 2 site visits to chapter member clubs for classes. The chapter supported the new fall semester curriculum by donating $6,817 to support the new curriculum to provide an industry relevant education and experience. The Club Management fall class curriculum offers 3 credits towards a BS degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management.
