Westonka District 277 Foundation was created to provide funding for learning experiences and projects that did not received funding from the general school district budget. Fifteen grants were awarded. Criteria for selection include educational value; number of learners impacted; availability of other sources of funding; and demonstrated need for the project. The grant application process calendar is September-October each calendar school year. In addition, college scholarships are awarded each Spring to graduating seniors. Thirteen scholarships were awarded.
