  • Alliance Center Social Enterprise

    The Alliance Center Building is a social enterprise that demonstrates sustainability in action by prioritizing the well-being of both people and the planet. The Building supports over 160 organizations annually through tenancy and events. We provide our nonprofit tenants rent at a cost level that allows these change agents to do their jobs better and with more impact. While the building is a tool for us to advance our mission, the building asset value presented in this 990 is not liquid. It also serves as a Living Lab through its LEED-platinum certified and WELL Health-Safety rated co-working space and certified-green event space.
