    Ozark Area Community Congress - This annual conference began in 1980. Participants attend workshops, presentations, and discussions about issues and strategies for improving the Ozarks environment, economy, and quality of life. About 100 people attended in 2023, our 44th annual Congress.

  • Karst Education Project

    Karst in the Ozarks - This project educates about the vulnerability of Ozark groundwater to pollution, due to the area's karst topography (caves, springs, sinkholes). In 2023, we assisted with a karst training program for 48 teachers, allowing hundreds of students to attend field trips to karst areas, some of which we helped guide.
