Land Stewardship - ORLT stewards and manages land and conservation easements to ensure that conservation values are protected. Each conservation easement property is visited or remotely monitored annually by project staff and a report is subsequently prepared to document the condition of the property at the time of the visit and/or monitoring. Project staff also make an effort to meet with the landowners of conservation easement properties whenever possible. For properties owned outright, ORLT visits them on a regular schedule to ensure that there are no incursions and to perform ecological management activities. For the largest single landholder, Alford Forest, ORLT makes grants to a related non-profit entity that manages the forest.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2020 – Dec 31, 2020Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$134.6KLand Protection Initiatives
