  • Community Water Stewardship Engagement

    Conservation Engagement: In 2023 focused on engaging the community in active water stewardship. Hosted Water-Wise Landscaping Workshops for 50+ residents, installed demonstration gardens, and solid Water-Wise Plant Packs, converting two acres toWater-Eise Landscapes. Also led the annual River Clean-up, and reached over 250 students and 150 adults through watershed education programs.

  • Watershed Restoration Projects

    Watershed Restoration: Completed two new restoration projects and maintained and monitored ongoing efforts. Achievements include planting 1,900 willows restoring 600 feet of streambank, restoring a native fish passage, and rehabilitating 2 miles of streamside roads. Additionally, removed 310 pounds of invasive weeds and logged 82 hours of site maintenance enhancing water quality and wildlife habitat.
