A LETTER SHOULD BE SUBMITTED INCLUDING THE NAME AND PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION. THE ORGANIZATION SHOULD ALSO SPECIFICALLY STATE THE AMOUNT OF CONTRIBUTION REQUESTED, AND A DESCRIPTION OF HOW THESE FUNDS WILL BE USED.
