  • Healthcare Scholarships Program

    The Sunrise Foundation awarded scholarships to graduating high school seniors in our service area who are going into a healthcare field of study. The foundation also awarded scholarships to college students who are from our service area and are pursuing a degree in healthcare. Eligible applicants must have completed their freshman year of college and have been officially accepted into their program of study. The Sunrise Foundation accepted applications from students originally from Bowman County, Slope County, Harding County, and Western Adams County. Loan repayments are also offered to current employees of Southwest Healthcare Services who have been employed for at least 1 year.

  • Community Medical Support Foundation

    The Foundation is organized to raise and invest funds to support the medical needs of the community of Bowman, North Dakota, and the surrounding rural service area. The Foundation provides significant financial support to the local hospital and long-term care facility as well as supporting the paramedic and ambulance services of the local and surrounding communities.
