    DEFOREST PARK MASTER PLANCity Fabrick collaborated with Long Beach Parks, Recreation and Marine, Camp Fire Angeles Council, Conservation Corps of Long Beach and DeForest Park Neighborhood Association on the planning, community engagement and conceptual design for the DeForest Park Vision Plan. We leveraged our robust community-based knowledge and experience to build the voice of community members through creatvie, interactive activities and engagment strategies. The Long Beach Parks and Recreation Commission approved the DeForest Park Vision Plan in 2020 and funding has already been secured for its implementation.

  • Program 2 [2020]

    ONE SAN PEDROCity Fabrick spent the year engaging the Rancho San Pedro residents and the surrounding communities to develop a Specific Plan for One San Pedro. We are working with the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles to create a mixed-use, mixed-income affordable housing community. The plan is to provide up to 1,390 homes to current residents as well as ample public and recreational space.

    UNIONCity Fabrick worked with Skid Row Housing Trust and Pacific Six Enterprises for a mixed-use affordable housing community. We have provided an engaging, supportive environment for residents of different backgrounds to build social bonds around health and wellness and leverages its location amongst a diverse array of civic assets, community amenities and transportation options to create an inclusive residential community.
