DEFOREST PARK MASTER PLANCity Fabrick collaborated with Long Beach Parks, Recreation and Marine, Camp Fire Angeles Council, Conservation Corps of Long Beach and DeForest Park Neighborhood Association on the planning, community engagement and conceptual design for the DeForest Park Vision Plan. We leveraged our robust community-based knowledge and experience to build the voice of community members through creatvie, interactive activities and engagment strategies. ONE SAN PEDROCity Fabrick spent the year engaging the Rancho San Pedro residents and the surrounding communities to develop a Specific Plan for One San Pedro. We are working with the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles to create a mixed-use, mixed-income affordable housing community. UNIONCity Fabrick worked with Skid Row Housing Trust and Pacific Six Enterprises for a mixed-use affordable housing community.
