COMPLETED INSTALLATION OF an additional 11.35 KILOWATT (KW) SOLAR ENERGY PROJECT FOR THE 501C3 ORGANIZATION, THE EUGENE SCIENCE CENTER IN EUGENE, OR. The two-part solar installation commenced in 2019, concluding with a beautiful outdoor classroom with a solar array for its roof. In addition to this direct interaction, the project at the Eugene Science Center included the development of a solar exhibit. COMPLETED INSTALLATION OF A 18.4 KILOWATT battery back-up system FOR THE 501C3 ORGANIZATION, ONE SPIRIT IN ALLEN, SD FOR THEIR ALLEN YOUTH CENTER (AYC). AYC's facility provides meals, games, access to a small library, computers, classes, and programs with learning opportunities for everything from Lakota art to daily living skills. The addition of the solar-powered battery allows the site to also serve as an emergency shelter during winter black-out storms when families can go without power for days.
