Program 1 [2021]
Six teachers, four support staff and one manager provide early childhood education including nutrition and exercise, guidance and wide variety of learning opportunities for 24 children 50 weeks per year, 10 hours per day. 12 students come from low-income families subsidized by a state contract, and 12 from middle and high-income families on sliding scale tuition based on their ability to pay.The team also provides family support and education through family conferences, family co-opting time in the classroom, family education monthly night meetings, assistance finding and securing special needs support if needed and by being a model of best practices for the community.Program changes during the pandemic have included additional spending on equipment and suplies in order to serve children more safely outdoors only except for lunch and nap inside.
