  • Teaching Center Collaboration

    With support from Freedom Farms (and asministered concurrently with CIV:LAB funding), Greener Way Associates were able to begin the creation of a teaching center to collaborate with other nonprofits in delivering best practices. During this, Greenerway Associates was exposed to wider networks of environmental and food justince nonprofits.

  • Green Collar Workforce Development

    With support from CIV:LABs Climate Fund, Greener Way Associates implemented its Green Collar On-the-Job Training (OJT) Workforce Development program from April 24 through April 25, serving approximately 35 people in 2024. This initiative focused on providing regerative landscaping training and job pathways for rentry and system-impacted individuals, while building local climate-resilient communities.
