EFFECTIVE JULY 11, 2016, OREGON'S HEALTH CO-OP WENT INTO STATE RECEIVERSHIP AND ALL POLICIES WERE TERMINATED AS OF JULY 31, 2016. ON MARCH 2, 2017 THE ORGANIZATION ENTERED INTO LIQUIDATION AND WIND-DOWN OF THE OPERATIONS IS IN PROCESS.
