THE JEWELS HERITAGE PROJECT WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2010 TO RECLAIM, RESTORE, REVIVE TWO HISTORIC SITES IN ITHACA, NEW YORK THAT WERE INSTRUMENTAL IN THE FOUNDING OF THE ALPHA PHI ALPHA FRATERNITY, INC.
