Completion of a Grant Application Form. If the potential grantee is not a Section 501 (c)(3) public charity or a governmental entity or agency, grantee will be required to complete an Expenditure Responsibility Agreement.

The purpose of the Foundation is to provide relief of the poor and distressed (or of the underprivileged), the advancement of religion, the advancement of education, the elimination of prejudice and discrimination, the defense of human and civil rights secured by law, the lessening of neighborhood tensions, and the combating of community deterioration. Request for grants should state how these purposes will be achieved.
