Application format and required materials

BVF uses the Central Texas Education Funders Common Grant Application, which consists of two steps. The first step is a short, general application that is reviewed by BVF grant staff. If BVF feels there is a fit, they will request that the applicant complete step two, which is a deeper dive proposal application. Both applications can be found on our website.

BVF does not fund: organizations without 501(c)3 status; individuals; for-profit organizations; government agencies; religious, fraternal or social organizations; scholarship funds or organizations; athletics; organizations, programs or activities that do not fit BVFs mission area; sponsorships, live auctions, galas or special events; advocacy or lobbying efforts to influence legislation; endowments; or travel. BVF only makes grants in the geographic locations of Bazaarvoice, Inc. offices.
