  • Impact Grants Program

    High impact grants are awarded each June to local, worthy nonprofits, selected by our members. Impact Las Vegas solicits proposals for programs or projects in five focus areas: culture, education, environment, family, and health & wellness. These grants are funded by combining annual membership donations. Each year, some of our members donate additional funding (over and above their $1000 membership dues for the Grant Award) that are designated to be used to provide an unrestricted grant donation to that year's unsuccessful Grant Award finalist. The balance of our June 2022 donation, $6,974.58, was paid to our unsuccessful 2022 Grant Award finalist: Baby's Bounty--EIN 26-2678979, in recognition for the amount of time and effort required to participate in our 2021/2022 Grant Award program. This balance was paid in fiscal year 2023/2024.

  • Impact Grants Program

In June 2023, members voted to award $95,000 to Family Promise of Las Vegas--EIN 88-0352350, $21,112 of which was paid in fiscal year 2023/2024, to provide temporary childcare funding assistance for families in their Motel Shelter Program who are unable to afford childcare while looking for full time employment and/or while waiting for other public and private childcare applications to be approved.
