Program 1 [2020]
The COVID-19 pandemic put a halt to the world as we knew it, no travel, global shutdowns of business, mandated stay-at-home orders. Fortunately we were still able to make dreams come true by donating to the Lower Keys Guides Association, KAIR an association that helps individuals and families who have found themselves in crisis, SOS Foundation who provides goods and services to the indigent and underprivledged, KOTS, Keys Overnight Temporary Shelter offering beds and showers. We are proud to have been able to give back to our community, those in need and those who support us. As COVID restrictions lightened we were still able to make a couple fishing dreams come true under our new COVID guidelines.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2020 – Dec 31, 2020Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$49.2KSupport for Displaced Children
Over the past year, with the lifting of Covid-19 restrictions, we were able to continue our work with challenged children in the Keys. Working with Wesley House again we are fortunate to be able to give the gify of water and peace and show each displaced child a new way of looking at our world and the enviroment we live in. Towards the end we were finally able to host a family with an extremely ill child for our first family dream trip since restrictions were lifted. This dream trip gave the family memories they can hold onto...a time when the child's illness was unconsciously ignored.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2021 – Dec 31, 2021Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$15.1KProgram 1 [2025]
During the first four months of 2024, we had the privilege of hosting four seperate groups of disadvantaged foster children. Each group spent a week engaging in a variety of enriching activities, including offshore and inshore fishing, enjoying a sandbar picnic, swimming with dolphins, and learning about marine ecosystems at a coral farm. They also participated in interactive experiences, such as feeding marine animals at the aquarium encounter, and had the opportunity to relax and unwind in the comfort ot their waterfront vacation home.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesMay 1, 2024 – Apr 30, 2025Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$37.6K
