    Field Shepherding Program. Men and women of Standing Stone's "shepherd" team provide a full range of Biblical guidance to ministry leaders and their spouses in their city and region through ongoing trusted relationships to navigate crises, help prevent them, and increase the leader's health so their ministries flourish. Ministry leaders receive this service free of charge. As of Dec. 31, 2020, Standing Stone has 79 shepherds serving an average of 16 ministry leaders each. As of November 15, 2021, the number of shepherds has increased to 184.
