THE OPERATIONS OF THE OSIF ARE CONDUCTED BY THE TECHNOLOGY LICENSING OFFICE OF THE OSU OFFICE OF INNOVATION AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, PURSUANT TO CONTRACT.
