To provide a pre-school child development program that serves children between the ages of 3 months and 6 years of age, and to provide an after school enrichment program to address the needs of targeted at-risk school age children with their educational experience. The program is open yearround,excluding major holidays,and promotes physical,emotional,social and intellectual growth.
