The purpose of the Foundation is make funds available exclusively to a broad range of section 501(c)(3) Public Charities whose needs correspond to the philanthropic goals of its founders and come within the charitable purposes outlined in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The organization will provide fundraising support and financial assistance to charitable endeavors and causes, either directly or indirectly to other qualified charitable organizations, as deemed appropriate by the corporation. Our Mission is to thereby contribute to assisting other qualified charitable organizations to help improve the lives of those who are in need.
