Any restrictions or limitations on awards, such as by geographical areas, charitable fields, or kinds of institutions
Scholarship to be awarded will be based primarily on the following factors: (A) Quality of applicants; (B) Financial need of applicants; and (C) Assets available to the foundation to fund the scholarships.
