LST ORGANIZES PRACTICES FOR SWIMMERS TO LEARN THE RULES OF COMPETITIVE SWIMMING AND IMPROVE THEIR SWIMMING ABILITY, OPERATES SWIM MEETS TO PROVIDE COMPETITIVE OPPORTUNITIES FOR SWIMMERS AND PROVIDES SOCIAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS. SWIMMERS RECEIVE INSTRUCTION FROM COACHES AND COMPETE AGAINST SWIMMERS FROM OTHER TEAMS WITH SIMILAR AGES AND ABILITIES.
