Animal Welfare: The organization rescues and rehabilitates unwanted Cocker Spaniels. We actively search databases to identify Cocker Spaniels at risk and evaluate identified dogs for behavorial and medical suitability for our programs. The organization arranges and pays for medical, micro-chipping spay/neuter and other procedures as needed. Animals are placed in foster care to observe behavior and evaluate evaluate to identify adoption profiles.
