WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THE PRIMARY INITIAL PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO SUPPORT MANAGED MEDI-CAL MEMBERS IN PREPARATION OF THE CALIFORNIA CHILDREN'S SERVICES DEMONSTRATION PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN BY THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES.
