    In 2021, Bark Nation's Pitness Protection Project assisted in high-level investigations for organized animal crimes in Wayne County, MI, other Michigan communities, and assisted nationally on select investigative efforts. Further, Bark Nation operated a 14,000SF confidential shelter to care for all animals seized out of the aforementioned investigative efforts as live evidence.

  • Shelter Intervention Services

    Bark Nation's Shelter Intervention services included free spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchips and City of Detroit dog licenses for owned dogs in the City of Detroit through Project Grace in collaboration with Dog Aide.
