  • Touched By Type 1 Annual Conference

    TOUCHED BY TYPE 1 ANNUAL CONFERENCE IS A FREE CONFERENCE FOR INDIVIDUALS OF ALL AGES AND BACKGROUNDS. THE GOAL IS TO EDUCATE, ENCOURAGE, AND EMPOWER ALL LIVES TOUCHED BY TYPE 1 DIABETES-WHETHER THEY HAVE TYPE 1 OR A CONNECTION TO SOMEONE WHO DOES. THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE PROVIDES THE UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO BE SURROUNDED BY THE NATION'S TOP EXPERTS RELATED TO THRIVING DESPITE DIABETES. DURING CALENDAR YEAR 2023, 450 PARTICIPANTS ATTENDED THE CONFERENCE.

  • Dancing for Diabetes Benefit Show

    As part of our mission to elevate awareness of the impact that Type 1 Diabetes has on nearly 1.9 million American children and adults - Touched by Type 1 holds an annual benefit show each fall, Dancing for Diabetes, featuring award-winning and nationally recognized dancers, creating an evening of entertainment and hope. THE ANNUAL SHOW ATTENDANCE WAS 1,501, AND THE VIEWS OF THE AWARENESS VIDEO WAS 1,501.
