    Our organization fosters lifelong friendships, personal growth, and leadership development through brotherhood and community involvement. Over the past year, we held regular chapter meetings, leadership retreats, and workshops to help members develop skills in leadership, organization, and communication. Approximately 55 active members participated in these programs, benefiting from mentorship, peer support, and opportunities to lead initiatives within the fraternity. Looking at Philanthropy, we are committed to giving back to the community through various philanthropic efforts. This year, our chapter organized multiple community service events, including the "Phi Delt World Series", a wiffle ball tournament to raise money for the Live Like Lou Foundation. These efforts involved hours of collective service, benefiting people and families that struggle from ALS. Moving to academics, our fraternity promotes academic success and career readiness. We organized study sessions, academic mentorship programs, and professional development events such as guest speakers and networking opportunities. These initiatives benefited our entire chapter by fostering a culture of academic excellence and career growth, with many members improving their GPA or securing internships.
